The coffee is awesome and I love the company’s mission. Recently, the customer service has slipped. I am tired of the AI bot regurgitating a boxed generic answer, and you cant get a live person on the phone or email. Additionally, the shipping has degenerated drastically. The subscription service is unreliable with subscriptions showing up on time one month and 12-14 days late the next. Extremely disappointed with what was once dependable service and attention to customer support.

Bold, smooth taste

I love both the AK Expresso & Freedom Fuel roast coffees. They are great on their own, however I normally mix the beans when grinding, the blend of both flavors is level.
