2.0 Replacement Capsule

Easy to order and the instructions to change the cartridge are really clear and easy to follow. Love the filtered water straight from the tap would never go back to monthly cartridges . Definitely recommend

Despite problems with my order, the lack of clarity and instructions with different outer casings and filter sizes which was all very confusing and took a couple of weeks to sort out, we are very pleased with the water filter system and have continued to use it for 3 years now. The staff are always very helpful and supportive, I just hope we don't have the same problems with compatibility next year.

The old one is still working well; the sensor didn't activate. I got the replacement just in case, since it's been over a year now. The water tastes so much better.
