The new layout is nice. Its like every version of GURPS since the 80s; i didnt dislike what I had, but the new layout just flows better than the last version. Is it a must have upgrade? Not really. It is very hefty. The e book is a mist for reading in bed as this tome will cause some damage if you drop it on your face. Overall though i like it. I miss the old days when all the rules fit in one, average sized paperback. But thats just how the system has grown, changed and evolved.
