Concentrated and clean, caramel sweetness, a fuller body, and a brighter finish than any flat bean on our farms.
Most coffee cherries hold two seeds that grow flat against each other. In roughly 5 to 10% of a harvest, only one seed develops and with the whole cherry to itself, it grows round instead of flat. That is a peaberry.

The teeny peaberry fruits make an awesome cup of coffee, whether black or blended with half-and-half and a touch of sugar, especially iced.

I visited the farm with my best friend back in October and we both fell in love with this coffee. It's expensive but worth every penny.
