I love the facts that it is included in the purchase. I really do. But after several attempts I still haven’t figured out how to use it. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. I even watched the installation video on YouTube: “Up=Off”. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Still, I’m grateful to have it for whenever I do figure it out.
