Great Large Light Pan

I love this large Always Pan. I really like to make a large portion of sautéed veggies and have left overs. The pan cooks evenly and even though it’s ceramic, I can still get some caramelization on my veggies. Some nights, after I will throw some pasta in the pan and Spanish wine to make a quick dinner. The clean up is the second best part, washing the pan is quick and effortless.

Bought this for my granddaughter she wore out her last always pan said she used it for everything so she retired it. Was absolutely thrilled to get her new one along with a titanium pan I had bought her earlier loves her pans. Gave several titanium pans as Christmas gifts to family members all love their always pans. Thank you for wonderful pans that everyone who uses them love.

Coating chipped within first 10 uses

I love the nonstick interior, it works a million times better than the titanium pans for things like eggs. Only frustrating thing is it got a chip in the center of the nonstick coating within the first 10 uses even with only using silicine utencils. The size is great for making meals for the whole family and fits a burrito size tortilla perfectly. Overall I like the pan just wish it wasnt so delicate.
