Curved Lower Frame Pole for 14’

I received the wrong trampoline pole.

I received a straight trampoline pole even though I ordered a curved one. Then I tried to contact the company on their website and be calling in and no one answered the phone and there no response on their automated chat. All it said was that someone would contact me. Which they never did. I’m still stuck with the wrong pole. Very poor customer service/communication.

Not bad but not great

I thought I ordered based on the model #. What I received is for a different model. I have not even tried to install it. My kids ended up preferring the trampoline without the netting so I ended up not needing the pole.
