Black Diffuser

having already 1 diffuser in my house, the one recently purchased does not work in the same way. the first one gently releases the smell and lasts around 10 hours before running out. this one only takes 3 hours before needs to be refilled. the amount of steam it creates causes the surface it stands on to be constantly wet.
