I bought the Elevation Lifestyle bourbon beard wash and beard oil at a gift shop on Capitol Hill in DC. I really liked the scent and was thrilled to see it was available on the web. So I bought an order online effectively doubling what I already purchased. Unfortunately, the order came up wrong, but I sent a chat message to Elevation Lifestyle, and they fixed my order and sent me the missing item quickly... I love this level of customer support and am super impressed with the company as well as its products. Now I have the beard balm, too, and would also recommend that product as well... Mostly I like the scent. The beard wash does a good job of cleaning my beard. The beard oil does a great job of moisturizing my beard... only need a few drops. And the beard balm keeps it set and straight on my face. I am very happy will all of Elevation Lifestyle products that I've purchased and will continue to patronize them going forward.
