My two year old loves it!

My two year old loves his new water bottle, it’s like his brothers’, but it has a fun design on it! It makes it so easy to get him water without giving him mine.

Frustrating handle/lid quality

My daughter grabbed her new water bottle by the handle, which came off in her hand—dropping and spilling the bottle all over. Because the lid doesn’t work or stay on without the latch handle. I inspected the pieces and fit everything back together… lining up the spring handle sides with the holes to reattach it over the lid etc. Hoping it was a fluke. It seemed fixed. However a couple days later, the same thing happened but to me this time. I filled the bottle with water, closed it all, picked it up by the handle and—it dropped and spilled everywhere. These bottles were to expensive for this, I’m very disappointed and frustrated. So the handle can’t handle the weight of a filled bottle?? I don’t trust these going with her to school, or anywhere.

travel?

We are using this as a travel sized bottle. So far it is great. I do have concerns about Owala's shipping. I received an email stating that the bottles had been delivered. We found nothing. I waited a few days and called. The customer service was great; they said they would send out another pair of bottles. 2 weeks later the original order came to the mailbox. A month later and still no sign of the replacements in spite of another email saying "delivered." When I ordered 2 Bookwyrms I used the rush shipping hoping it would be better. We will find out in November. If I don't receive them, I will not order from Owala again. I will settlle for what I can get at Amazon.
