Lane's Turkey Time Rub gave us the best ever Thanksgiving Turkey! We wet brined our 13# fresh turkey for 24 hours with Lane's Signature Brine, dried it out for 18 hours in the fridge, then put it on the JoeTisserie and it was done to perfection in a little over two hours at 325 degrees. AN EXCEPTIONAL cook with great products!
