I absolutely love this hand vacuum BUT this is the second one I’ve owned because the first one only lasted 11 months and this one just quit working after about 6 months! That tells me it’s a design defect. I guess it’s kinda like VCRs… Cheaper to buy another than to fix it… Bulbhead should give me a discount or a replacement.

I love this vacuum it does what it said it would do. When you buy little vacuums they say it will do all these things and it does not deliver. But the DUCK does what it says. it is a noisey little thing but it does the job. For the price it is fantastic. Keep up the great work!!!

Small but mighty. Bought 3, one of them broke where it attaches to the charger. Grandkids like to clean up their crumbs with it. So do I!
