I am very impressed with their customer relation policies. While ordering an item, I happen to mention I was having difficulty with another item I had had for some time. They could have not been nicer and offered to replace the item. I certainly did not expect them to do so.. However, shortly after I received the replacement item. Now both of my girls are warm and stylish. Thank you Penny Wolf
