After waiting ftom January until just 2 days ago, this has been the worst company to work with in my entire life. Always keep re eipts and whom you spoke with.
Now the product was for a deceased child and i ordered 2 necklaces for my wife and daughter. They Altma continued to fumble the order and even after agreeing with me that i ordered another agent disputed and would nit respond back.
After threats in wording they finally sent out the two necklaces and the product is SUB- par!
I will Never order from anyone associated with this company Altma.
