Super soft and relatively cool for summer. Much softer than the Matteo I used to use and they get cooler

Everything is different shades and the customer service is TERRIBLE when i ask them to remedy this. They want me to mail rhis back, wait 14 days to have rhe item inventories, then will exhange it after conditions are met. I asked what im supposed to do thst time frame with no sheets and they said it is policy. Will not ever purchase from them again based on this customer setvicr experience.

The sheets and duvet cover are the quality and smooth as silk texture I have been looking for. So worth it!
