Fantastic upgrade from my Baratza encore. Unsurprising! It's very quiet, nice finely adjustable uniform grind size. I do get chaff all over the place when I use the bellows though.

Impressive quality . . . so far as I'm able to judge
I've only used this for around 14 shots so these are very preliminary observations. This strikes me as a very well- engineered and manufactured grinder - solid, quiet and so far as I am able to judge, provides superb grind consistency and control. I have experienced significant variation in the espresso shot pressure that I've had difficulty adjusting for with the grind setting. There are of course other variables (coffee origin, roast date, etc. ) that are no doubt involved. My hope is that this grinder will allow me to remove that variable from the process, but the jury is still out. CAUTION: try to approach your desired grind from the more coarse setting - this grinder can provide extremely fine grind that will easily choke your espresso machine ;o)

Love the Eureka Mignon Zero 65 AP
It's quiet and can grind fine for espresso or course for Power over V60. The 65mm burrs are the key. It's also built like a tank. My Baratza ESP could not handle the espresso range and weighed like 5 lbs. The Eureka Mignon Zero AP weighs like 15 lbs.
