These sorted a big problem easy. Two adjacent properties with supply voltage not allowed to cross the boundary. All switching for security and signage lighting is now controlled wirelessly and no interconnecting cables. Strong signal that works well. Will be buying more for a rural property allowing switching from remote location.

Handy device, would be better if there was a option to screw the unit in place, but will definitely use again in the future
