Easy to order, easy ship, great shipment updates and quick receipt. It also was far cheaper than the Prime sale price I paid last year from Amazon. I had an initial question after I placed my order and customer service was super responsive and helpful. I like that the box comes already to be packed with empties and shipped back, making my life that much less hectic. Glad I looked at SodaStream for my C02!

it was the wrong kind of sodastream canisters, so I called them , and they told they're sending me the right ones no charge and that I can donate the others to the nearest store. That was a relief for me the agent understood of what I was saying to her with my speech impediment.

I would have liked to have known when I was due for your product. I have 4 full containers of co2 and wanted to hold up this months order. If there was a number to call I didn’t see it. Now I have 6 full soda streams. I was out of the country and there was no way of telling you I don’t need it this month. Maybe I didn’t see where I can skip a shipment before the shipment was sent
