Ox Bile

Potent!

I found this pretty potent. I do have my gallbladder, just need a bit of help at times. I had to find a delicate balance of how many separate caps " in a day" depending on how much fatty food I ate, seems to be two, at most for me, generally not every day or results in looseness for me. Not medical advice!

No gallbladder

I ordered these because I had my gallbladder removed 4 years ago. According to research ox bile can be beneficial for people without a gallbladder. I can't say I see a difference, but hopefully I will soon. I've only taken these for a couple weeks. Praying for good results

Good product

This is a good addition to my supplement stack. I can definitely tell a difference when I take it with heavier meals.
