ZERO STARS IF THAT WERE AN OPTION I would give Brooklinen zero stars if that were an option. I honestly cannot believe how terrible the quality has become. These sheets are absolutely horrible. The best way I can describe the fabric is stiff paper. They are rigid, rough, scratchy and incredibly uncomfortable. There is nothing soft, luxurious or premium about them. If I had touched these sheets in a store before purchasing them, I would never have bought them. What makes this even more disappointing is that Brooklinen is not an inexpensive brand. They charge premium prices and have built their reputation around quality and comfort. What I received does not remotely live up to that reputation. The customer service experience has been just as bad. The department seems completely disorganized. Communication is inconsistent, getting a straightforward answer is unnecessarily difficult, and it feels as though one person has no idea what another person has already told you. Trying to resolve a problem should not be this frustrating. I actually started wondering what happened to this company because this simply does not feel like the Brooklinen I remember. I learned that Brooklinen has gone through significant corporate changes over the years, including major outside investment and private-equity involvement. I obviously cannot say whether those changes have anything to do with the decline I experienced, but I can say that the quality and customer experience I received are nowhere near what I associate with the Brooklinen name. I don’t mind paying more for exceptional bedding. I absolutely object to paying premium prices for sheets that feel like stiff paper and then dealing with a disorganized customer service department when there is a problem. Brooklinen has lost me as a customer.

Sooo comfy for a back sleeper!

It’s been years since I’ve had a really good pillow for sleeping on my back, but this is it. I am grateful to all those who commented on the pillows available so that I could make a good choice. Anything thicker or heavier would not have worked. It is wonderful to just sink into this lovely pillow (which has no lumps!) and feel just right. I find myself saying “ahhhh” every night. It’s a great choice.

Perfect pillows

Love the variety of firm vs soft pillows. Have had mine for a month or so now and they’ve broken in perfectly.
