WestMonth™ - Premium 1000GSM Mattress Topper

My 1500gsm king topper still has not been delivered. I also had 2 twins delivered when I needed full sizes, but upon trying to reach customer service via the email provided on the website and sending MULTIPLE follow up emails, I have received no response at all. I feel like they are purposefully waiting for the 30day return policy to be over so they don’t have to exchange or refund my purchase!!! It is infuriating at this point! I would never recommend using this company based on the terrible customer service alone!!!

The product is amazing but I was afraid that it may have been damaged y the way it was delivered. Waited a few days because I didn’t want to be disappointed. Opened the rest of the box and surprisingly it was in tact. Put it on the bed and have been sleeping great since. Hopefully my packaging was a one off.

Not as advertised! Came with loose strings all over and not as fluffy as in the photo as well as not as much fiber fill in the individual sections. This was barely filled more than the flat bed pad it replaced. For the price we were very dissatisfied with this purchase. It also took over three weeks to receive with almost no notice from the seller as to its status. There is no tag on the product that indicates who made it, materials, or care and washing instructions . We would send it back as defective but we don’t have a clue as to how or where to return it, as that information is no where to be found!
