Not only was the hoodie itself so soft snd stretchy, but the customer service was top notch. The package insert had a hand written "thank you Erin" and when I needed to exchange for a larger size (my fault, their size chart is spot on), my exchange was easy and my new hoodie was sent out as soon as my small one was scanned at the post office. Will order from Birdie Retriever again!
