Great customer service. Needed to replace iron that no longer worked after I dropped it. Warranty was no longer in effect, but Oliso offered an acceptable discount in order to replace my M3Pro

Glides smoothly and presses evenly
I had an issue with a scratch on the sole plate of the first iron that was sent, Oliso replaced it under warranty. Their customer service was responsive and helpful. The replacement iron arrived this week and it’s great! It glides smoothly and presses evenly across layers in a quilt block. I am using it with the Oliso wool mat. Previously I had been using another brand small iron but there is no comparison, the Oliso is fabulous.

I have not used the iron since it will be part of a gift basket. I have heard the iron is the right size and works well at pressing seams. Paula
