I do a lot of group facilitation stuff - actually all over the world. Team building, activity sessions 'inside' training courses, church groups fun activity evenings - and actually Emotional Intelligence (EI/EQ) sessions with HR managers and other trainers and coaches. HDWY shows off our American style of sharing openly and 'boldly' - talking about life and work - easily. But our national or cultural characteristic is not 'normal' in other countries where I work. HDWY will help me immensely, not least because the activities are more neutral and can easily be tweaked to 'work' in other cultures. And because I've run out of ideas! :-) It's extremely well designed and thought through. Great quality all round! Love it!

I couldn’t finish the game, but I was able to discover a little more about this person I’ve been wanting to talk to for a while, and it was eye opening in a way.

It was easy to take what would be in some cases a difficult discussion piece and turn it into a meaningful and enlightening conversation that came from life experience, which allowed the other to see beyond the surface matter of life on how we project ourselves to the world.
