unbelievably bad
i am waiting return instructions. the product was delayed because out of stock evidently. When it finally arrived the switch never worked . Your ai bot was totally confused and spent an hour telling me about lights and buttons that do not exist. i am getting one that works from Starfront. Your $30 part almost held up my $2500 project. i will use my account on the one i am getting from Starfront so in the end hopefully i will be happy and delete this review and write another

well, you didn't really fulfill it..
its a long story, but... i placed an order for several components, one of which was a kit including a hub. when there was no action on the order, i wrote you and was told... "oh, we are out of hubs for the next few months." you were actually going to sit on the order, without informing me, for months! eventually you shipped most of the components, but you charged me for the kit, and I'm hoping you will EVENTUALLY send that hub. but who knows? in the meantime, I got a hub from Amazon in one day. Terrible customer service.
