Originally from Philly and eating a pretzel everyday at recess and beyond, this is the real deal. Tastes like Philly. Chewy and just the right crust. I will order again!

Dis jawn is the real deal. One bite and I’m right back in Philly, standin’ around with a soft pretzel in one hand, mustard in the other, wonderin’ whether we’re gettin’ cheesesteaks from Pat’s or roast pork from DiNic’s, followed by a Tastykake and maybe some wooder ice if there’s room. None of this mall-pretzel nonsense. These taste like the pretzels youse guys remember. Actually, they brought back a disturbing amount of my childhood. Suddenly I’m eight years old again, my mother is cuttin’ down my favorite tree because apparently her tennis court needed the square footage more than I needed emotional stability, my younger brother is runnin’ around the basement dressed in some kind of homemade animal-skin-lookin’ outfit like a feral extra from “Quest for Fire,” and my older brother is hangin’ around with a bunch of punks who eventually stole his brand-new bicycle. That whole episode embarrassed my father so badly that before ya knew it we were packin’ up and movin’ clear across the country to some hick town in Arizona. Although, according to family legend, the move may have had less to do with the bicycle and more to do with Dad deciding Philadelphia had become… socially complicated for him. Let’s just say the man apparently needed a fresh zip code. Anyway, five stars. Authentic Philly taste, excellent chew, just the right salt, and considerably cheaper than therapy. Throw in a Wawa coffee, a hoagie, some scrapple and a Sunday morning trip through Reading Terminal and I’d probably start remembering things the family agreed never to discuss again

My husband is from Philly. I bought them for him. Said they were great but had a slightly different taste. Said water not as polluted here! 🤣
