do not use this company. It is not reputable. I have been trying for more than a week to return this product that is unopened. I am now being told that there is a restock fee of 10% which I am refusing to pay. Also, they sent a shipment when a subscription was canceled and now they want me to also pay a restock fee on that this company should not be allowed to do business on Shop. It’s very concerning and they want to charge me $15 per item for a return label. This is absolute insanity.

Its great. I do feel better after each use. I like the varios patterns and intensity levels. Its small and convenient to use. Keeps a charge for awhile. Traveling with it is easy. The pads do restick with no issues . I would highly recommend.

Always receive a great service and my gel pads always arrive in time begore i run out. I highly recommend Relivex international.
