Excellent product with perfect likenesses of my two fur babies, but they forgot my custom engraving. I even checked my order confirmation before posting this just to make sure it wasn't an error on my part somehow, and it wasnt. 🫠

I love this!! In the intial picture I sent in I accidnelty cropped out my cats ears and I was upset and figured I just messed up the engraving but when it came in the artisit who drew it up added them back in and it’s absolutely perfect!! They did such an amazing job!!
