Not Surprised
I’m not surprised that a Roger Hinds surfboard would excel in beach breaks or point breaks. I had him build me two custom boards in the past. However I was apprehensive with a Surftech technology board. Boy was I wrong! The board feels very much like a PU and surfs like one. It’s very fast down the line and am utilizing Mid 2+1 future fins which made the board turn like a much smaller board. This is now a Tamago on steroids! Go get yours! 7’8” Tamago

Another great board from Roger/Surftech
This is my second board from Roger and Surf tech in this HD Construction, I really like the feel of it. It’s definitely lighter than PU AND 75% of the time that’s wonderful. It’s really only when conditions get a little rougher like wind chop. It cuts through chop well but just consider that it’s probably 25% lighter give or take. OK with that part out-of-the-way, the construction is really top-notch feels tough. I’m pretty hard on my boards and been having good luck with this HD as for the surfing aspects. This board does surf and feel smaller than the dimensions would say so I was really glad I went for the 6’4” Great feels very nimble like goes on rail And turns easy I’m super stoked on this board and Roger and the construction great all around board for a wide variety of conditions🤙 Job well done Surf tech! Thanks
