They work great at stretching out your back and getting the knots out. The middle one seems to work best for me and gets the most “cracks”. They leave your back feeling great and I use them every day now.

Really enjoying my new lotus wheels… Didn’t think that I would use the foot one, but I have used it almost every evening while I’m watching TV… Only complaint is that the biggest wheel is too big for me… I could imagine that it would be great for a taller person! Everything else is perfect. They’re very well-made and do what they’re supposed to.😊
