the mixture of blue-ish & purple-ish sparkles in the most perfect manner with each movement as light hits the pearly glitter!! easy to spread on the entire nail and also thick enough to dab on as art elements. it’s also sheer enough to notice different base colors for a more subtle variance, but would limit to max 2 coats for the base color to show through.
