I enjoyed the spices in this collection so much I ordered it for two friends who love to cook. The Royal Cinnamon is excellent, and the Black Lime seasoning really elevates seared tuna, guacamole, or a shrimp taco. You can taste the freshness and quality. I'll order more (and try some others) when I run out.

Great Gift Set

Excellent aroma, flavor, and interesting varieties. I got these as a gift for my amateur chef husband, and we've really enjoyed them. - Zanzibar black peppercorn - floral and zippy, great alternative to regular black pepper where you need a fresh kick - black lime - love this, great addition to seafood, asian cuisine, and even cocktails. I recommend a salt/sugar/black lime rim to your margarita. - wild mountain cumin - very nice in seed form in dishes. Next we need to try grinding it right before use to get the full flavor experience. - our spice surprise was the Zanzibar black pepper and wild Icelandic kelp; we haven't had a chance to try the kelp yet, but we're looking forward to it.
