Built heavy. Perfect fit and turns a standard bar and rack into a multi use machine. For anyone interested, buy the pair. I’ve seen the knock offs on Amazon cheaper. These are not cheap and incredibly well made. Buying the pair will cost a little more than the foreign knock offs. Highly recommended.

Great add on to the deadlift Hex bar set up allowing for more incremental weight increases and the use of existing dumbbells without need for additional expensive plates.

Amazing product. Wasn’t sure if it was going to fit with my Rep x Pepin dumbbells but it does! Got these in the Olympic size and they’re great.
