Improvement over the Fanatec shifter, as has 8 gears instead of 7, plus find the pull mechanism (for 7,8 and R) easier to get right vs the push down mechanism on Fanatecs shifter. Has a more satisfying clunk than the Fanatec shifter, when you crank up the stiffness.
