Covers BIG Custom Planner

When I ordered this custom planner and waited three weeks for it, I didn’t expect to have to literally assemble it myself. It’s a cute planner and I have purchased these before. I laughed when I opened the box and saw all the separate pieces. Minor annoyance.

Part of my order came damaged and I have tried contacting them through their customer service, but still haven’t received an answer back from them about a replacement.

Took ten days to ship. Then they used fedex, the slowest company ever.
