I like that this bag has good structure and can ‘stand’ on its own. The side pocket/luggage passthrough sleeve is also convenient for easy-to-access items. The laptop sleeve is a little small so its really tight getting my mac in and out. Also, when my laptop is in the bag, it does have a tendency to fall over in that direction, but overall its a good bag!

Does not fit a 13” laptop like the FAQ. I got this FOR work and it doesn’t fit the 12” laptop I need for work. I also specifically got this bag because I am a small woman (5’1” and 100lbs) and thought it would be perfect. Unfortunately the stitching is also bad and so upset about the laptop sleeve.
