Easy to use, and great instructions/customer service

*I want to preface by saying I’ve only used this twice so far so too soon to tell if it is working for me personally* My experience has been really positive with the customer care team, and I found the actual microneedling system easy to use with really great instructions that come with it. I have PMOS/PCOS and so I struggle with bad hormonal acne, acne scars, and redness on my neck/chin/cheeks. I was not sensitive to the microneedling and it was far less painful than electrolysis that I’ve been doing for over a year now to remove the facial hair from PMOS. Solely off of the experience so far without seeing the results, I’m giving this a 5 star review. More to come!

Looking forward to my second treatment

So far, so good! I look forward to leaving a review after a few months of use. But so far, the serum felt very good and the applicator was relatively painless and easy to use. I look forward to my second treatment soon. And look forward to seeing results soon. I bought both the fine line and dark spot kits.

Newbie

I’ve only used my treatment once as I was away for several weeks after delivery! It’s very easy to use, it doesn’t hurt per se, but I can certainly feel it penetrating the skin. A few areas are quite spicy, but that was to be expected due to sensitivity (under the nose made me sneeze a few times!). Skin redness lasted about an hour, so very handy to use late in the evening with no where to go.
