C-SHAPE Walnut Hardwood Side Table

Units came with minor nicks and boxes were pretty trashed. Overall pretty nice

I wanted to give this a better rating; however, the table is stunning. There is one "VERY MINOR" imperfection, but that's to be expected with natural wood. My customer service experience was less than ideal. On the website, the minor detail that, "each piece is custom made once you order it" is buried, so don't worry about rushing the order because it'll still take weeks to get to you. The language written gave me the impression that I would have it a lot sooner than when they did arrive and when trying to convey this to the customer service person (via chat) with a strong lack of empathy displayed was shocking! "If you don't feel like waiting I can refund you." and that was literally it. No apology for the "actual" ship time information being buried, nothing. Now, I will say I begrudgingly kept my order intact, it took me ages to find these and I loved how they looked, so I did. When they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and insanely beautiful they were. The construction, stain, and look of the table were flawless. There is a slight texture when you touch the top of the table, it's not flawlessly smooth, but again...not a deal breaker. There is also a slight "bowing" to one of the edges, I only noticed it once I put the 14x14 glass top on it, which curves inward ever so slightly... but, again. Not a deal breaker. Long "review" short. The tables are worth the wait... 100% just know that the "ship time" language is misleading, and you will definitely wait for them.
