My morning kickstart. Original collagen coffee sachet, manuca honey, lactose free milk and out the door. Lightens the morning commute, sits well in my tummy early in the morning, tastes great and feels like a little cup of self care.

Cant live without it - i just love it and drink it every morning. Allows me to fast longer until midday.
