Missing items- no response from customer care
I love Leathermanand can't live without my side kick multi tool. I have ordered several of their customized knives as gifts and id give all those experiences 5 stars. However this December, I ordered a custom knife and couple sharpeners as a Christmas gift and stocking stuffers. When it arrived one of the sharpeners that I ordered and paid for wasnt in the box. I have written to customer service several times with no response. . .
