Bent frames

Multiple members of my frame arrived with significant bends. Recommend self-sourcing the frame. Other than that, I appreciate that the team worked hard at finding a way to ship my kit.

Great way to "self-source"

This was my second Voron and I knew going in which mods I was going to add. The configurator let me just go straight to building a modded Trident without a bunch of spare parts that were never going to be used like if I had bought a standard kit and modded it. Also quite cost effective vs buying a kit and modding it. W3D staff were super friendly answering a bunch of my questions and had some suggestions as well. Would absolutely go this route again.
