Perfect for knitting with interchangeable needles

The theory is good- being able to change the length of the cable in order to give you more flexibility in the round. The down side is that the metal caps and the metal needle have joins which catch mohair- this means the needles don’t move smoothly like other one piece needles. You knit about fifteen stitches and then move them along but you need to lift the wool stitches carefully because the screw end of the needle stops the stitches moving along the needle. Wished that these needles didn’t have so many joins between metal surfaces.

These interchangeable cables make knitting so much easier, especially on my neck as I'm not looking down as much - LOVE them!
