Industrial Dining Table with X-Frame Leg

Love the table, although arrived damaged on the edge, a piece had broken off which I assume happened in the delivery companies care. Following this it was a long and drawn out process to come to a resolution with Rust and Oak. They wanted the table back, in the same packaging which wasn't an option as the packaging was all ripped and we had no other packaging to use. They wanted us to wait in for collection and then a separate delivery after that. This took 2 weeks to discuss, eventually I agreed to a tiny, tiny discount which I only accepted to put the whole thing to bed as it was dragging on. The staff were friendly over email but did not seem to understand or take into consideration the inconvenience this caused, it's not a cheap table which I was fine with, but I don't feel I was compensated enough considering the cost of it and inconvenience. Has put me off ordering again.

Love the table and bench. One point to note is that the fitting of the metal frame to the bench was quite difficult. Getting a screwdriver in to tighten the screws was hard work. Screws with Allen Key heads or Bolts would be a great improvement.

Excellent customer service from start to finish as organising a delivery date was difficult as we were out the country and did not know an exact date of our return. Nothing was too much trouble and delivery was done with no hassle. Really pleased with our choice of table and bench and excellent quality for a great price.
