Not so much the product, but the customer service, who never got back to me about an issue. Very disappointing, especially after the item took a long time to get to me, and I didn't even need it by that point

The cushion is incredibly comfortable and has really supported me and my baby during breastfeeding. I take it everywhere with me.

This is one of the best baby extra tool we have ever ordered! Fantastic both to feed our little Angel, also get her to sleep in our arms! We ordered another one too!
