I used FE Preventative and then FE Active on our milking herd every day for February, March and April. Can't say it worked that well as we had a number of clinical cases, they have healed, I think the FE Active helped but it is difficult to actually know, and it was disappointing. I would certainly still use zinc as well, as FE is a horrible disease and zinc really does work, our youngstock were all zinc bolused and none of them suffered FE. It was a very bad season for FE this year.
