Disappointed in product quality

The first order was smooth, but ever since the product changed to the new format (ie, not a pill case but a box with individual pills in an aluminium package) Ive had several pills' contents already spilled out. I did get a refund for one of them, but Ive had more occurrences since.

The original capsule was better

The original capsule that had the smaller one inside of the bigger one was the best probiotic I’ve ever had. This current version is decent; it’s better than most other probiotics I’ve tried. The delayed release capsule worked so much better. I wish they would go back to that one

This item has been canceled out and it still shipped and I was still charged for it now I have to do a return to sender on it.
