I love these wraps. I have a moss one from when they came out and have been wanting more. Well, they had to have a sale. I got my witch hat one and black one! I was headed out the door when the package arrived, so I opened it and grabbed the black one to wear once I got where I was going. Well, after I put it on, there was a manufacturer defect, a small hole! I get it, it happens. I have bought several items from Big Blanket, they have been wonderful. This was the first time I had an issue. I reched out, and they had a new one on the way not even two days later (it was the weekend). So, wonderful product and wonderful customer service. Thank you Big Blanket!

Had to contact customer service due to my purchase having a hole! Customer service was very quick and amenable! Need item on the way but the one with the hole is perfect for chilly fall days
