Good overall with a few niggles

Overall a good pan, albeit at a high price. Pros: No toxins of any kind Heats quickly and uniformly Use metal utensils without a worry You can attack it with steel wool with abandon without any worry of scratching or other damage Cons: Not truly non-stick in all cases (hence the desire to attack with steel wool) Does develop a dark stain around the rim that can’t be easily removed even with the steel wool pad

Nonstick without Teflon but effectiveness is decreasing

Been using this pan everyday for a few months. Originally bought this because I want to avoid Teflon or nonstick pans that only last 6months to a year. The pan still works well, but it's nonstick effectiveness has decreased over time. My eggs leave a residue even with a good amount of oil. I can't make scrambled eggs because it leaves a coating of "egg" stuck to the pan. While I'm realistic and don't expect the same nonstick performance as Teflon or other coatings, I was hoping this would maintain nonstick effectiveness longer. Other items cook well on the pan like meats and veggies. I'm still on the fence whether I should purchase the smaller version of this pan.

Good

The pan is a good pan. The metal spatula not so great. It is too big and too square for the pan and it scratches the pan. I am enjoying the pan but the spatula is used for the grill. I use a smaller bendable metal spatula for the pan.
