Our favorite all purpose trout fly thread
Ultra Thread 140 Denier is the best all around thread for tying trout flies. We use 140 on hook sizes #16-#6. It’s multi-stranded and has great texture & strength for its given size. Comes slightly waxed. Dry flies, nymphs and streamer all can be tied with this thread.
