This sandpaper is ideal for affixing to flat surfaces to sand timber, metal and paint. We find it particularly useful when used with our flat glass sheets as an economical flattening plate for treating water stones, or a coarse flat surface for readjusting plane soles.
It is also excellent on glass for flushing off joinery on tricky grain

This paper came with my beginners sharpening kit. It worked well.
Tricky not to get it wet though. The sprayer in the video seems to work best. But I'll probably upgrade to a diamond stone eventually. But this paper will do the trick til then.

Bought 120 grit. Stuck it to s flat worn out diamond plate. Worked a dream flattening the back of woodwork chisels. It's very sticky. Seems to last ages.

The product is great for using with glass plates to coarse sharpening. Also good for making sanding blocks.
